Each separator handled 75 long tons per hour and produced concentrates grading 64 percent iron.

The Meramec Mining Co., of Sullivan, MO, USA was looking for the best way to upgrade their dry their dry coarse ore that averaged about 55 percent iron.
Solution:
After extensive research, they installed four Eriez
Magnetic Pulleys that helped produce up to 80 TPH (72mtph) of concentrate at 70 percent iron.
