Eriez manufactures an assortment of high quality miscellaneous products utilized in many diverse industries, including Aggregates, Ceramic, Chemical, Coal, Food, Glass, Light Industries, Metalworking, Minerals Processing, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Plastics & Rubber and Recycling.

Eriez Permanent Magnetic Flocculators aid in the separation of minute magnetic particles from liquids and slurries.  They are used widely in the iron and coal mining industries to speed settling of fine magnetic particles in ore slurries and heavy media slurries.  Available in three different strengths (600, 800 and 1000 gauss) and in 17 standard sizes, it is simple to find just the right unit for your particular application.

Ferrous Wheel Magnetic Separators provide continuous operation in the economical concentration of magnetic ores or the cleaning of nonmagnetic ores.  These Wet High Gradient Magnetic Separators utilize high strength permanent magnets and a flux-converging matrix.  They offer high capacity performance and low operating and maintenance costs.

Superconducting High Gradient Magnetic Separator Systems enable superior magnetic separation by every measure.  With exceptional magnetic field uniformity, fast ramping, higher fields at no power cost, this system is for industrial and commercial applications.

Unique Dry Vibrating Magnetic Filters from Eriez incorporate vibrating filter elements to provide a high capacity material flow.  As the material flows through the magnetized elements, the iron bearing contaminants are captured, resulting in a high-purity product.  Ferrous contaminants are typically reduced to the ppm level when treating materials such as alumina, talc, and silica and zircon flours.

Electrostatic Separators utilize surface conductivity to recover valuable metals from electronic scrap. Electrostatic separation relies on the difference in surface conductivity of the materials to be separated. With these high-power separators conductive and nonconductive particles such as chopped wire and computer scrap can be efficiently separated.

Eriez also offers size reduction and related laboratory equipment.  This broad range of machinery is expertly designed to handle your crushing, pulverizing, disintegrating, grinding, milling, mixing, feeding, sifting, conveying, classifying and recovery application needs, as well as small batch laboratory testing applications.  All shipments are made from either our South African or Canadian facilities.

As a pioneer in the development of magnetic separation technology, Eriez offers a unique system for the separation and removal of balls and broken ball pieces typically used for ore processing in ball/SAG mill operations.  Trunnion Magnet Separators effectively remove up to 98 percent of the grinding media steel balls and ferrous chips from milled ore in SAG/ball mill operations.  By eliminating these potentially destructive pieces, damage to downstream equipment is significantly reduced.
