CRS 120ST Coolant Recycling System

The Eriez CRS 120ST is a full-featured recycling system, which includes a high-speed centrifuge to allow complete recycling of any stable metalworking coolant.
Application:
For plants operating with one coolant and total coolant sump capacities not exceeding 2500 U.S. gallons (9,300 liters).

- 120 gallon (455 liter) dirty tank
- 160 gallon (600 liter) clean tank
- High-speed, disc-bowl, liquid-from-liquid centrifuge to clean coolant to less the 0.5% emulsified tramp oil and 2-5 microns of particulate matter
- UNIMIX™ positive displacement coolant proportioning pump for coolant make up and concentration control
- SCROUNGER® oil belt skimmer
- Automatic operation
